Seems like the only warmongers are Obama and his gang. But it is probably Bushs fault.

NEW! We hear from German Intelligence who heard it from the governor of the Pitcairn Islands that it was absolutely and definitely The Joker. Obummer is putting on his Batman cloak right now. Nothing else has worked for him and he is starting to look more and more like the village idiot. "I gotta bomb someone, anyone". We gotta get people to forget all that sleazy stuff I was responsible for and so we need a good war. "Wag the Dog" all over again. Kerry needs more botox, it's wearing off. The whole team has zero credibility (gosh!) so the Batman story is the best option right now.

Oh goody, SA is on board:

Phew, that is OK then. So our boys die and SA pays for it and so Kerry thinks that is now OK. What a turd!!!!

I'm a bit late into this thread but IMO only one question needs to be asked of our President.

It is. Would you punitively attack Russia or China if they were using chemical weapons on their own people? Yes or no reply only.

I keep waiting for someone to ask that question. I can't fathom all the talking heads and politicos haven't thought of this. Vote for me next time.

What most here don't know is that Tomahawks along with most others have a best if used by date, if they wait much longer those things may go off target & land at some sight in Iran but they have some Israeli experts going over the guidance systems as we speak.  You all have this as a full scale invasion, remember you lost the last election, it doesn't always make that much difference but the same things were said after Libya but no boots. I don't want to see any more wars but if you signed an accord then you gave your word, if you don't stand by your word then you stand for nothing. I kind of wish they would start drafting then we would see the population shrink by about half before the first # & Canada & others would see a housing boom. Just kidding about some of this anyway.

Sam, I agree with the fact that we gave our word--but if them other supposed signers won't support the same agreement--which I can't remember the last time any of them did--I say it's time to say FCK IT & start worrying about our own problems right here at home--YES, I'm a firm believer in reinstating the draft--not necessarily a war time concept but just giving these young studs a taste of service to our Country IN our Country--UNLESS tshtf on our shores

Freetown, I've said several times already that if all others refuse then we should rightfully get out of all these joint agreements, perfect time to do it. 8-) Should have never been a UN or NATO to begin with.

Damascus is about 100 miles from Jerusalem, now that would be an interesting miss.

Part of the rationale for getting rid of the draft, was to prevent the easy acquisition of cannon fodder by the military-industrial-complex.
Part of the rationale for reinstating it -- without all kinds of exemptions -- would be to give the managers of the military-industrial-complex some skin in the game. That is, the rich folks who LIKE war because it makes money for them, would now have to factor in the possibility of their own sons and daughters, or themselves, being drafted.

He doesn't have time for that. There are billions to be made for his friends if we go to war. Besides if it erupts badly enough he may even get a third term. Obama 2016.
