Hey, I am finally getting to replacing my glass that I broke this past winter. I took both panels out, figure I replace both at the same time. I noticed the gasket is actually wrapped around the glass itself. Is this special gasket for glass or just over time it works like that, it looks very uniformly wrapped around the glass, someone either bought it that way or simply got very lucky folding it around the glass perfectly. Thanks in advance.

Its sticky back glass gasket (its available anywhere for $1.00 - 2.00 per foot).

Is it wrapped around the front and back of glass?
