Ah, there too is another product that depends on what your insurance provider is willing to pay for, after all they figure the a end result is all the same. :flush:

Yup, for something that stays in for such a short time these preps sure cost a lot. But the end results are NOT the same. Fortunately, one of the bests is still the cheapest. That is if your in good health and your endoscopist approves it for ya. Its a bit more involved than just drinking a gallon of stuff, but if you can burn coal you're all smart enough to take this on, and it does save money.

3 and 2 days before: No fruit, veggies, nuts or seeds.

1 day before: Nothing to eat but drink plenty clear fluids (black coffee is a clear fluid :D )
Around 2:00PM day before: 4 Ducolax laxative tablets with water.
Do not buy or take ducolax suppositories. Yeah, some people have gotten confused and have eaten suppositories
About 6:00PM the day before: You will probably start to feel the ducolax revving up your bowel muscles. Take one Fleets saline enema.
Do not buy the Fleets oil product.
After the enema: Drink a 10oz bottle of Magnesium Citrate

Day of the procedure: When you wake up, take another Fleets enema

That's it, and now your insides are  clean

Disclaimer: I have no financial association with any of the above products. I am just a polyp catcher and when I am trying to snare the bugger, I like to see what I am doing.

My colonoscopy clinic says no nuts for a week prior to the exam procedure. It clogs up the vacuum hose they shove up your butt. If that happens they repeatedly remove it clean it and reinsert. Makes for a sore butt hole.
