As a receiver of VA benefits I found this to be interesting & a bit unbelievable but true, one has to wonder where it all stops.

How many Vets are left from the Civil War & how do disabilities or something else transfer from generation to generation? I can see where chemical changes from exposure could transfer to birth defects but that is mostly more recently that I know of.

I don't know. I know the government plays by different rules as the rest of us.

Maybe I should look into this. I'm descended from a Civil War vet. :D
