Rick, we used to have a real nice trout stream across the road & some idiot from Binghamton bought it & let the beaver dam it up--which brought them long legged *censored* birds--well, after a year, we had no frogs, no trout--I tried to talk with him a dozen times--fckin tree hugger-- I finally went over when he was gone one day & popped 2 beaver---whoops, I mean--the beaver seemed to leave--The damage was already done unfortunately. That stream was the only reason I even got my fishin license--haven't even bothered for the past couple years:(

We used to have those birds here around our pond................................................

Don't know where they went ??? Of course the neighbor put in a pond. Maybe they just stay over there now.....

Hell Fred, don't you know anyone at a hatchery to get you some fertilized eggs or some small fry ?????

Rick

No, but you gave me an idea--DEC proclaims it as a protected trout stream--well Monday I'm gonna call them & get somebody out here & tell THEM to stock it--crap if you're going to tag something as protected, let's get something in there to protect ;)

I popped a beaver once....had the oil real hot, threw the damn thing in,put the lid on,shook it around over an open flame and -Whallah !-after a small, muffled explosion,it looked like I fed an M-80 to a fur coat.......sure ruined that nights' episode of NCIS ! Next time,I'll try the Microwave ! P.S.-This coffee's gone cold and rancid !
