When one passes down thru the scranton valley on I-81south, and heads back out up hill thru cut out in mountain,heading up to I-84/380 split, and back down the other side of cutout, over the long bridge there, far off to the left in the valley below the bridge, was that an old coal breaker, processing plant? several train track beds into a ravine, which has no way in or our except back into scranton.

yes that is the Huber Coal Breaker soon to be torn down{new owner}
