Well its been a long weekend, started friday after i found an ad on graigslist for a Herald base heater.
After about 10 emails to this person on saturday i thought it was long gone . Needless to say it was still available.
After a long phone conversation we had a deal.
Woke up on sunday at 5:00 am ,loaded up the wife and we set off on a road trip to albany ny.
4 hrs of driving we finally got there. Approaching the entrance to his driveway i seen it in his driveway.
It was love at first sight like a kid in a candy store.
Couldnt wait to get out of the van and meet the gentleman. Then i started my look over of the beauty.
Looked long and hard at it, then the negotiating started but i had in my favor the long ride from PA 4 hrs long.
Needless to say i won! Loaded this beast in the van shook his hand and thanked him.
We then turned and burned home. 4 hrs later we arrived home. Then it was like christmas !!!
Well i bet you all wanna know what i bought and paid for my item.
