and it works as I hoped. Need to install another switch to shut down power to draft air control door on coal boiler. That way draft control servo won't run till I flip switch, once coal boilers been fired up for season. Will have to wait till boilers up and running to dial in the differential and offset settings on the stage module for primary circulator control set up.

Just need to figure what I want to hook up to two more circuits in manual transfer switch for generator. All the essentials are hooked in; heating system, frig, power to LR wall W/tv. furnance room outlets for cable service/computer, and one wall in kitchen, range/ microwave. decisions decisons.

Will order up one spare RIB24Z and 2401D relay in case one ever fails. No heat = frozen pipes. as far as 24V side can always use 2 small auto batterys wired in parallel if needed and a set of Smiity's jumper cables. :eek2:

Been burning steady since monday evening,(load mishap sunday), can tell from how the circulators are wired, to zones, and such, I beleive my coal consumption will be a bit less this year from the change, and coal boilers loss> recovery time is a lot quicker. Know its not 15* out, but it should be better heat when it is. Guess you learn as you go. Now I just need to get some 1" fiberglass insulation on hot feed lines under house, and see how much more I gain from that.
