We're up to 7500 miles since the end of August and so far so good with the Passat's mpg's. Although, the colder weather and the wife driving it more has the mpg per tank down from about 44 during the fall to 40 the last two tanks. It is at least twice what we get with the acadia or silverado which is what we were looking for.
