It looks like an old Willburt timer. You can replace it with another Willburt ($250), or replace it with an Intermatic C8835 ($120). Both are wired pretty much the same. I prefer the simple interface of the Intermatic.

Some of us build our own timers using a relay like this: http://www.alliedelec.com/search/produc ... U=70175107, but you need to make your own enclosure and wire it up.

I don't think its a Will Burt here's a link to Will Burt's timers http://www.willburt.com/manufacturing-s ... re-timers/ .

You probably would be better off if you figured out what is wrong with your timer.

Does the clock motor turn?
If the clock motor turns but it doesn't turn on the stoker then either the micro switch or the relay is shot.
If you can turn up the thermostat and that turns on the stoker then you know the relay is good and the micro switch is bad.

EFM 520 Install with skid/bulk bags feed

Click on page 5 of the above blue link to see what the LOGO can do.

It is under the EFM section of the forum page 3 under EFM 520 Install with skid/bulk bags feed.

LOGOS save fuel , wear and tear on your boiler and provide additional controls on your boiler to avoid out fires.

I have one for sale in the Nepa crossroads classifieds under "Furnaces".

My Will-Burt timer is finally on the way out. The synchronous motor is hanging up a bit. I removed the timer motor/gearbox assembly and cleaned out what could be disassembled. It is working a little bit better now but its days are numbered for sure. I am replacing it with a time delay relay with a cycle feature. I found it on Amazon. I know it's cheap, but it'll do the job with no moving parts.

If you contact will-burt they will sell you a brand new timer motor and any other parts you want. I bought a motor assembly and two micro switches for about $160.

I did reach out to Will-Burt but haven't gotten a response. Plus the new timer is solid state, no mechanical parts.

No more mechanical timers for me. I switched to a Macromatic one that I got on ebay and enjoy the quiet operation and adjustability.

Nothing wrong with a good mechanical timer. Over 30 years old Honeywell S400a here.

I ended up ordering the same Macromatic timer relay myself. The ship date on the Sestos relay is not until late May. Don't want to wait that long...
