Well I did it today, broke the glass on the Keystoker Koker. Was attempting to drill out some of the broken clips and of course I cracked the glass in half during the process. Where can I get replacement, Keystoker or somewhere else? I'm pretty sure all the remaining screws will have to be drilled too. Guess I should have done this over the summer

Did you tap the holes or use self tapping stainless?

ANTI-SEIZE is your friend on all screws in a coal stove. I did mine when it was new, replaced all screws with stainless and of course anti-seize.

Gasket material is a common commodity. Good hardware stores and of course stove shops. Some has adhesive tape already on it. If not I had good luck with Imperial Gasket Cement that I got from my local True Value. My Keystoker 90 uses 1/2 inch flat for the glass seal. Just be careful not to stretch it when installing it so it will not try to shrink back  Been there done that.
