Has anyone taken a look at the Crawford No. 2 base heater in Russell, Mass for $350?

It's still active on Craigslist.

I mentioned it to Emery - he thinks it's sold.

Just wondering - Chris

Looks pretty rough. The grate though looks like mine. The firebox is differant thhough. If I lived closer I would offer him $50. Just to have for parts.

OneDollar - Thanks for the info and price update.

LOL - I may give him a call (like I have nothing else to do but chase stoves)!

Chris

Once the Antique Parlor and Base Burner coal bug has bit you it is hard to shake!! (pun intended!)

Offer the guy $50 for the stove. The ad states the base needs to be welded and it obviously needs some serious work. All he can do is say "NO".
