Did you replace the EFM with the allen? How do you like the allen so far?

So I'm guessing the "Pot" replaces a "Grate" ? Feed mechanism is what...? Where does the ash dump off? Please explain the operation, curious as hell, nice looking stove for sure.

My efm is still running my home this unit is in my garage heating that now the ashes drop off the side of the pot the stoker mech. Is the same as an efm has 2 paws set at 3 feed there is an air shutter on the blower housing that lifts up and down thats the hard part to guess how much air is needed I have it opened 1 inch

There is grates in the pot they are ring stacked on top of each other I think theres 8 of them then there's quarter inch bolts that fasten them together. Great design there I one piece of rope gasket under the top ring everything else is seal from inside the pot I will post pic of inside the pot

The pot rings look like the same kind of arrangement as the Van Wert's and Gentleman Janitors. The blower looks like a G.J. also, just bolted up a little different. The design looks simple and beefy. Nice looking stoker. What does the inside of the boiler head look like? Plates? I've heard that the Allen people don't give them up easily.

Looks like a great design...ratchet feed like an EFM and a deep/rugged burn pot like a Gentleman Janitor.
