Thanks Paul V. I believe the person behind jlentz1006 called yesterday and I think he's on the right track with his "Tri-burner" arranged stove.

This is the flame after 45 mins of the min setting at 40 instead of 50 cause i had no results at 50 either the coal trol is not controlling the flame the only way i can control it is if i turn the red lobe back my house is 76 tstat set on 72 i did a system reset and it took my min to 6 an max of 40 so i set them at 50-99 as instructed to an then set my max burn to manually burn by leaving on max 99 an adjusting my flame an when i put it on minimum its still have no effect on grate feed to slow down the burn rate my coal trol in the back is plugged into stoker its set on tri burn an convection fan is plugged into convection coal troal is doing nothing but controlling fan speed

Did you run the TEST mode?

It's possible that the stoker control circuit got damaged along the way (it is a few years old now, right?). When this happens the stoker output can get "stuck" to full speed reagrdless of what the coal-trol is telling it.

Run TEST mode as I described above and pay particular attention that the stoker output is only on when the STOKER display is showing. If it is on when other items are displayed in the TEST sequence, then that is indicating a problem that will require repair at our shop.

What is the room blower doing all the time when stove is running? On and Off or what?

I ask because maybe you mix the 2 plugs up...stoker plug for the convection plug.
