PM Matthaus, he has some parts, and lots of 'playtime' with the Harman Stokers. Often plugging the combustion blower into an outlet so that it runs continously helps keep the small 'idle' fire going. The fire isn't depending on draft from the chimney to pull air through the coal fire.

Check this thread numerous discussions on Harman Magnum

http://www.nepadigital.com/bb/about2159.html?hilit=harman%20magnum

Harman has an extensive dealer network go to their website and do a locate dealer search you can get anything you need for them nothings cheap but like the Harman adv. states it is Built to a Standard Not a Price

If your coal is still wet the adjustments you have to make it run will have to be tweaked
( usually a reduction in the feed rate ) when using dry coal
