Thanx,Wilder,That was my Dad's Carrier-The Coral Sea-43-The last Midway Class with keel laid in '45. Both Her and the "Old Man" are gone. Marine Air-Nice Pic-Thanx Again !

We operated with the Coral Sea on several WestPac cruises but never had any Phantom's on board our carrier. My hat is off to the guy's that flew from a catapult and landed with a hook,especially at night.Just so you know, the Navy pilots were just a touch up on the scale. Semper Nav :D :) Mike
