More trials and tribulations- Last weekend I went down to the barn - which I now can see from my house and found my landscape trailer missing! STOLEN right out of my yard, snatch and grab. I had a coupler lock on it but that didn't even slow them down. Filed a police report but I expect it will never be found. All the thieves have to do is modify it and re-register it as a home made trailer. NYS doesn't require a title for trailers under 1000 lbs.

May the fleas of a 1000 camels infest their private parts.

I normally keep the trailer closer to the house or locked in the barn. I had just used it a few days before and parked it outside for convenience as I was moving other things around due to work on the driveway. Real bummer.

Hi everyone. Late to the coffee.

Rob: Congratulations, glad everyone is happy and healthy.
Isayre: The doc's will take care of you, is that bicuspid valve leaking a lot?? An ultrasound will show the leakage very clearly.
I have a minor heart 'murmur' which is just a slightly leaking heart valve.. the ultrasound shows it very well.
Modern medicine is quite amazing..
Rant all you want.. it's good for you.

Freddie: how did you fasten that shelter to the ground?? you have a foundation or slab under it? or just drive stakes or big screw-in type anchors ??

Big windstorm in Michigan right now.. my place is without power, again.. But I'm out in the SF Bay area, putting a couple of engines back together. I should head home by the end of the week, I hope. I need to keep moving on the addition to the shop.

Oh, last Monday I fired up the Axeman, the forecast was for teens at night, mid 30's at best in the day.. It got a bit of attention and lubrication, and it's making heat.

Take care everyone..

Rob...
Next time don't let the baby get to 9#...
The twins were 10# together...
The third was just over 7#...
I hear ya on the room and daycare...
Bunks fix the room issue but daycare is the killer...
I now know how people got to the fourth and fifth kids...
Mom stayed home...
And they lived on a farm...
Three is a good number...
But if a fourth happens you make it work...

Congrats Rob !!  :verycool:

Just had our first outage in quite a while here. Stoker lasted 45 minutes with no power without a problem. 8-)

Just realized my 7.5 year old SLA alarm system battery had exploded in it's enclosure. I woke the whole neighborhood up with screaming bells and whistles the second I opened the door to grab the gen.

Congrats to the both of you Rob, you had the easy part now the work starts. My Grandson actually claims the pre-school he went to was what made him smart, it was costly but a good one. Now it's the college to work out, hopefully there will be a different scenario in the future as far as education goes. The best to you & the family, everything works out & life goes on even if the family should continue to grow. ;)
