I have a question. Am I correct in thinking that #4 from the timer goes to ZR? Also where does the neutral from the relay for zone 2 tie in on the triple aqua-stat?
Thanks

Yes, assuming you are using a Will-burt timer. Note that you also need to install a jumper from #1 to #3.thegreatone wrote:Am I correct in thinking that #4 from the timer goes to ZR?
It doesn't have to "tie in" to the triple at all, you can easily put a j-box ahead of the triple aquastat and route power/neutral from there to the additional zone relays.thegreatone wrote:Also where does the neutral from the relay for zone 2 tie in on the triple aqua-stat?
Are you using a tankless coil in the boiler?

The 1 & 3 are bonded.Rob R. wrote:Yes, assuming you are using a Will-burt timer. Note that you also need to install a jumper from #1 to #3.thegreatone wrote:Am I correct in thinking that #4 from the timer goes to ZR?

Yes I am using a tankless coil in the boiler. Why do you ask?
Thank you

If you are going to use the tankless, and the additional zones are large enough to drop the boiler below the low limit setting, you should power the circulator via the ZC terminal. This will stop the circulator if the boiler drops below the LL setting, and allow the tankless to continue producing domestic hot water.
EFM's wiring diagram in the 520 manual shows how to hook it up.
