I am having a hard time finding buck coal but have no problem getting rice, or what could be used in a 700,0r 900 not sure if it is a 700, or 900, it has a 16" burn pot. it is not hooked up yet so need information for when I have it ready to go.

If it says S30 on the blower and is 16" across the pot, the stoker came out of an EFM 700. The stoker can handle rice, rice/buck mix, or straight buck. Since you can only get rice it is an easy decision. ;)

it does say S30 on the blower, what is the difference of the 700 and the 900 ? how do you tell? does burning the rice coal mean I will use more than buck?

IF IT SAYS S-30 IT IS AN E.F.M. unit as far as the boiler it should have a plate or a stamp
, G.M.C. or LOLINE,COBCO OR FITZGIBBONS these were all boilers used by E.F.M. where is the domestic coil located, is there a cleanout plate under the coil, round or square fire door SCRAPPER
