NASA's only owned and operated launch range? Really , when was KSC sold and to who? hum..

The Minotaur rocket they launch from Wallops island is manufactured from former Peacekeepr ICBM's. Treaties with Russia specify only a handful of launch areas that may use decomisssioned ICBM's. Cape Canavaral is not one of the approved launch facilities.

Isn't Cape Canavaral and KSC two different sites ?

KSC is in Cape Canaveral, FL, I believe.

I figured it out, I knew they had two launch sites, one is KSC where the shuttle launched, and the other is Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.. where the SpaceX fly from..
