Hello all!

I'm currently in the process of selling my house in Binghamton NY and moving to Indiana PA... I'm shivering in an apartment (electric heat) while we look for a house. With each house we look at I find myself checking for a chimney and dreaming of sitting around a Chubby. :-)

I wanted to thank you folks for all for the excellent posts and great reading material. It's going to help get me through the winter.

Congrats on the move!

Wish I could leave MA ... although I love my neighborhood here, so it's tolerable ...... so long as Boston STAYS in Boston. ;)

I wish you a speedy sale! Good luck!

I absolutely love the state of New York, too bad the politics has screwed it up so.

Good luck on your move.
