That's exactly what I have. So far I really can't complain all that much. First issue was the lack of a spin cycle. A piece of foam had fell down to the bottom ... and when the machine hit spin cycle and started rocking, the foam would hit the imbalance switch .. and the computer would kill the cycle. That was frustrating! Cost me nothing to fix though, so that was nice. Next issue was that rubber gasket up front - guess it had been torn since day one. Always had a wet floor after a big load - just figured we were overloading it, so I never investigated. Then it got so friggin bad that I HAD to investigate! Damn thing was ripped end to end.
So far, that's been it for repairs. The washer and dryer set turned 10 in July. Guess I got real damn lucky ... for once!
It is starting to rust like a domestic car though ... this first pic is the underside of the soap dispenser opening in the top lid:

Talk me out of it.
I'm quoting myself..lol
Well, I decided to finally get started on the bathroom while drinking coffee on Sunday. I also decided to not drive to New Hampshire and buy an old stove and thus add it to the list of unfinished projects. Sometimes my mind takes me all over the place except where I need it to be. It would be nice to finish a project every once in awhile.

I had to repair the bottom of my washer tub once which is similar to your tear. I cut a piece of the fin on the bottom of the washer tub and place it over the hole and melted it down with a propane torch to mend the hole. Doing this made the hole get bigger and bigger, however after awhile of doing this and getting another plastic piece I successfully fixed the hole. After it was repaired I added some of that shoe goop type glue all around the area I repaired. Now it doesn't leak at all and I don't think it will leak from that spot again. My first fix was plumbers putty and it didn't hold so I am very happy with the latest fix.

I'm waiting for hell to freeze over ....
I enjoy remodeling as much as I enjoy working on OBD-II equipped cars.

There was something similar to that out in my yard when I bought the house a decade ago, minus the base. Had to drag it across the yard with the ATV - no way I could move it by hand myself. Had to weigh 400 lbs at least with no feet or base! I can imagine what that base weighs ...
Like an idiot, I threw it in the dumpster while we were doing the house roof. Was working for WM at the time, so I got a very discounted 30-yd dumpster here. Should've kept the damn thing and scrapped it. I could've used the money now ...

Naw, I'm good!
It'll just sit here in the yard for he next 5 decades anyway. Can you tell I'm super-motivated to remodel this place?

I hope you are keeping it right? Hard to find and new ones are big bucks.
