Has a little motor driving some gears and some trip switches.
It may likely be wired into the relay switch you posted the pic of.

Not meaning to be unkind but the manuals do tell us to clean the unit at least in the fall and to clean things up half way through the heat year if using a power vent.
Follow the maintenance schedule and you will have little problems. New gasket material, cleaning and oiling the motors a must.
Check your draft...it's easy to get too much draft with a power vent....I run my combustion motor with the flang wide open.

Keystoker told me that the nylon screws on one side of the push bar (doesn't matter what side) should be screwed all the way in. On the other side, screw them out so they have enough clearance to keep the slide straight. I replaced mine with brass screws because I got tired of the nylon melting and making the push bar stick. When that happens, fire goes up into the coal bin.

It was timer. I watched it and set it to combust a little quicker and no issues now. One call to keystoker is all it took. Those guys are awesome! I will clean more often now for sure.

As far as the screws. I wouldn't even know where to start to replace those.

Search the forum here...screws are common on the smaller Keystokers like the KAA-2, etc.
Search box in upper right corner. ;)
