Not with the world we live in today. I don't want someone who needs on the job training. Agree with you on Carter, Obama could be deja vu.

Very true.......Obama could be deja vu...............But maybe, just maybe he could be just what this country needs to get us out of the gridlock we have been in for many years. That's at least equaly possible. We know where we are right now, my opinion is that we take the chance.

Gridlock is good! Ever since the F.D.R. administration the government has slowly but shurly eroding our freedom. If Obama has a democrat congress, our freedoms will dissapear faster than a pizza at a weight watchers meeting :surrender: My company offers NDS insurance. It sucks worse than Monica Lewinski. When my wife got a job at Capital health, her benifits included Aetna US Healthcare. It's cheaper and better than NDS. I like the FREEDOM of choosing which doctor, dentist and perscription my family has. In Canada everyone has free healthcare but if you are having a heart attack it may take two days to see a doctor  :no1:  Thanks but no thanks I choose freedom every time.

Brilliant! A media year like nothing we've ever known before.

Do you think they'll do one with McCain flying into a PTSD-induced flame-out? Guess we'll wait for the fall.

I hate to say it but doesn't the last bit of the quote apply to all candidates? Really, why can't McCain or Clinton's name replace Obama in the above quote..."maybe, just maybe he could be just what this country needs..."

It be nice to have a machine to give us previews eh??? :)

I agree that I think any of them would be a 100000000% improvement over what we have now! Years ago, I may have even voted for McCain...but not now due to his admitted lack of economic skills, flip/flops on core issues & his stance supporting Bush on the Middle East. I could live with Hillary...... but she is just a lying B----h!
Therefore, my choice is Obama because I think he may actually be able to bring this country together again, & he has earned his way in life. (Unlike the present spolied little rich boys who are ruining this country......in my opinion of course)
