Are you kidding with us Freddy? I hear it is so cold up there that even the cumulus clouds are coming down your chimney to borrow some heat from the Axeman. We are going to get our ration of low temps and snow very, very soon. I just oiled the little Keystoker for the extended run cycles. Mike

Me thinks "they" are right.... you are not seeing smoke, you are seeing vapor.

If you think that exhaust plume will melt that Russian Ship stuck in the 26' of 'Global Warmed Ice', you are gonna lose your bet. That is surely not amounting to much more than a large yellow spot in the snow. You aren't still telling the tourists that is 'Sugar On Snow' are you?
Vasselboro is not going to make it to 0 degrees the folks in Gray posted.

A balmy -5 here right now....not a good day to do naked snow angels.....shrinkage and all that goes with it......

Freddy, I am trying to get a hold of you regarding new ash pans. I have tried to PM you but I don't think you are getting my messages. I have no idea what I am doing wrong?!? I need 3 ash pans for my Harman Magnum Stoker. They are 17 1/4 by 13 1/4 by 7 1/2 inches high. Can you quote me a price to replace all 3?
I hope you get this message.....

Water vapor. If put on some wet coal, I get the same thing for a few minutes.
Or somehow the air in the chimney has more humidity than the outside air because you have really efficient combustion.

Right now (5AM 1-4-14): Minus 20.2F That's the coldest we've seen it in several years.

Yup, it's vapor & it's not from wet coal!
