by the way there are times when my kokers front temp is 750 degrees and that blower can't wash the heat off fast enough....dayton blower can run for days pushing that heat through the vents at 165 degrees!

I love mine and would highly recommend a koker!

... just so there is no misunderstanding...the A-150 is a furnace.
the hopper I believe will hold close to 300 pounds.
the blower is rated for over 2000 cfm. (2150 i believe).
... the proper ductwork is critical for efficiency

my point is that even though it is located in my basement... essentially the only heat my basement will get is from the ductwork that I had supplying warm air to the basement itself...
... it radiates very little heat

The Anthraking like any other furnace is limited to about 225*- 250* with a switch in the plenum for UL and code requirements.

The Hitzer 710 is new and was designed to compete against the Keystoker Koker. Based on the specs the Hitzer is more advanced and better designed than the Koker. The Hitzer is double-walled on the back, top and sides. The Koker is double-walled only on the back and top. The Hitzer would act more like a true furnace than the Koker and provide higher convection temperatures.

...i just want everyone to understand i am by no means promoting the Keystone
brand.....as im sure there are comperable furnace manufactures out ther.
..all i was suggesting was an actual FURNACE...as opposed to a stove.
some stoves may be "more like a true furnace" than others...but they are still a stove...in my oppinion

Not correct, the koker is double walled on the top back AND sides.

what stove puts out the highest convection temps

Whichever stove is wasting the most fuel.

You wouldn't ask that question...the question is...How many BTU/hr. is my heating load?, And what (size) stove does that require?

One can make a stove the size of a soup can to hold at 1000 degrees...but no way it can heat your whole house throughout the heating season.

But one can make a stove the size of a oil drum to hold at 200 degrees and heat your whole house easily throughout the heating season.

These are obviously extreme examples, but hopefully the point is understood. ;)

The stove must match the load while the stove is working within it's designed temperature range. :)

The volume of heated air is just as important as the temperature it can be heated up to, since air is the vehicle that the heat is riding on...

Currently my HyFire I with a heat jacket (in basement with 2 x 8" ducts upstairs) is putting out 125 Deg. F into my living room, measuring in the ductwork just below the grate to the living room.
The CoalTrol is only running the stove at Feed Rate 15%. If I increase the Blower speed right now, the temp actually goes down in the duct. It's maintaining a good balance of air flow vs. surface temp currently. When the feed rate goes up, so does the blower speeds.
I'll check when it gets colder later in the week down into the single digits and below 0, right now it's 20 outside right now. It's maintain 65 (setpoint) in the living room.

Hmm well i pushed my reading stove and agaon as its going to get cold tuesday an wednesday i have fire right to the end of the grate an im getting 175 degree duct temp duct work is only 4 foot long to my upstairs register fan blowing high 499cfm i lined the inside of my stove with fire brick and have fire brick on top of the baffle in the stove reducing wasteful radiant heat to a basement that doesnt need heated an now my stove doesnt need to run on high when its 10 outside
