My boiler room isn't much bigger than that. Kaa-2 is 76K, and 22.5" x 27.5" footprint, plus hopper, iirc.

is that enough btu?

Not quite but the KA-6 is looking pretty good.
Thanks for the info everyone...
Seems like the boiler will fit. the hard part is going to be the underground piping.

I used Logstor insulated pex for my underground piping, google it.
