For the sake of healthy argument: Ohio's "botched" execution

PostBy: Rwalker On: Thu Jan 23, 2014 7:36 pm

So people are up in arms over the death penalty again after a convicted murderer and rapist took 25 minutes to die due to the meds used in the death. The libs are out in full FORCE calling for the end of the death penalty as it is "cruel and unusual punishment". If you don't know what I am talking about, peep this article: http://www.startribune.com/nation/240426061.html.

He was proven guilty on DNA evidence and lead police to the murder weapon. He was guilty. No questions asked.

So what did this vile puke of human waste do to disserve a 25 minute agonizing death via the hands of Ohio?

McGuire sought sex from Joy Stewart but she refused and he raped her. According to court documents, McGuire said that “because she was so pregnant it was difficult to engage in sex with her, so he anally sodomized her. Joy then became ‘hysterical,’ which made McGuire nervous. He ended up killing Joy for fear that he would go to jail for raping a pregnant woman.”

He choked her. Then he stabbed her with the knife he used to forcibly rape her. His first thrust “caused no significant injury,” according to the autopsy report. His second blow inflicted a 4½-inch cut in her throat and severed her carotid artery and jugular vein. He wiped blood off his hands on her right arm and dumped her in a wooded area where she was found the next day by hikers.

Sometime between her death and when her body was found, her unborn baby died. Her grave marker indicates she intended to name her baby Carl, according to the Columbus Dispatch. Her husband Kenny committed suicide within a year after her murder, reports the newspaper. Joy’s sister, Carol Avery, said their parents were devastated: “They never fully recovered and both died knowing that her killer still lived.”

Wow. So, the human excrement that walks this earth deserves to be protected from what some call "cruel and unusual punishment" but the people they target for victims don't? How does that work exactly?

I have many ideas on how to fix this. Most involve a bullet to the back of the head and shallow dirt grave for others to piss on, but I think state Assistant Attorney General Thomas Madden said it best, you're not entitled to a pain-free execution."

Those who are more liberal leaning stop and think if this was your wife. Sister. Mom. What would you do? What justice would you expect?

Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth.

Thats all well and good and I agree for the most part. However as past history shows 1 out of 20 on death row were innocent. I don't trust the system or the crooked prosecutors.

What to do, I don't know. Just saying..

If they are all clearly guilty like this guy was I would say he got off pretty easy & didn't really feel much pain that was just nerve convulsions, I never could figure why we can't do the same to them as they did to their victims. I haven't heard that much outcry over this, a few don't speak for many but then again everything is a libs fault.

He did not die an agonizing death. The first drug they give the condemned is to make sure they feel nothing. What is body went through is irrelevant, he felt no pain.

You're really starting to worry me. You strike me as a Hard Man who's not afraid to Justifiably Kill in Self-Defense. Your Christmas Greeting was considered raw by some Folks here.-Tough *censored*-......With all of that being said by me,I have one question: Why would you be so Humane to this Garbage by giving him a round to the back of the Head and making his Gravesite a Slit Trench Urinal? I'm thinking for all of your realistic hard edged existence, you actually have Heart and Decency. I think you have a damned good picture of what Love for your Family is and show it by protecting and teaching them to protect themselves for a Lifetime. While this Unconcious Vermin took 25 Minutes to die, unaware and pain-free,he didn't have time to think of the three people he killed, and the countless number he left as Living,Tortured For Life Vacant Family&Friend Survivors. I really can't type what my plan would be for this Devil/Mutant. I just couldn't put it into play until I could figure out how to bring him back to Life and then put him through it all over again, three times for all three Victims....Yes,I would see him in Hell for what I feel. Again-Tough *censored*-

I can't understand what the rush was. Only 25mins and he was unconscious as well. Seems like it may have been a little too humane.

Grumps, have you seen any decent supply of decent weight stones just laying around any Town Square that you've driven through lately? There's a Municipal Stone Shortage Ongoing. That's why these Softies have been going the Lethal Injection Route. Now if you wanted to discuss pushing this Thing Masquerading as a Male Human Being out the door of a Helicopter........(Serious Side-Note..Don't mistake this as Humor or Levity being posted by me on such a Heinous and Depraved Subject Individual. I'm just calming down a hair and trying to return to my normal posting speech patterns. Trust me,God 'aint happy with my Pathetic Thoughts that I've placed here. We'll survive all of this,Gang,,,but only if we stand up and Defend Our Families and Ourselves.)

Way too much of a mess to clean up in those states, then just who is going to pick up all those candy bar wrappers? Do the other inmates waiting their turn or is it a Union Job & what's the prevailing wage? Leaves a lot of unanswered questions. 8-)

Personally I think a reenactment of the corn field scene from “”Casino” would have been very appropriate for this piece of human waste.
