I have a DV Alaska Channing III on platform constructed of hardiboard and tile. I've been getting lots of vibration and extra noise. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and what the solution is?
Thanks in advance

Hey Frank, just turn on the music maybe it will pick up the beat.
Check the squirrel cage in the combustion and convection fans. Dust will collect and can make them off balance. The other thing to check is if the flue pipe is vibrating, could be that the PV fan is getting clogged with fly ash. Those are the only rotating assemblies with the exception of the stoker motor, that usually doesn't cause an issue since only the motor is turning fast enough to vibrate, if the other items don't pinpoint the problem then you can check that out.
Hope this helps (aside from the smart ass remarks)
