I wanna know why one of these can't be purchased.. I can't believe there wouldn't be a demand for one.. I suspect they are pretty unstable death trap, although he flew it quite well..

It reminded me of this. It called flyboarding. They push water thru a hose connected to a steerable platform. Looks like fun :D
