Hello.

What I am requesting are some part numbers for combustion and feed motors for Alaska stokers, Leisure Line stokers, and Keystokers. I am only interested in replacement part numbers from manufacturers such as FASCO, Dayton, or PSC...not OEM numbers.

As some of you may know I use an OLD MILL Mini Stoker. This company has been out of business a long time, and the parts I have do not have any part numbers on. My stove is very similar to an early Alaska stove. I was once told by a good source that Alaska used this stove as a reference to make their first stove. Their stoves have undergone significant improvements since then.

Two years ago I did a tear down on this stove, sanded, painted, replaced all of the gaskets, and cleaned all of the motors. All of the original motors worked well at the time. However, since this was a unit from the early 80's time is starting to catch up with it and I am planning on its second rebuild this summer with all new motors. I already have found a suitable replacement Convection motor so I am in need of some ideas on a replacement feed motor (not the assembly just the motor), and a combustion blower. Here is an example of one I found that may work http://www.amazon.com/Centrifugal-Blower-115-Volt ... B000BT7FVW .

Thanks for any help.

Neal

I think most of the combustion blowers are around 50 CFM depending on the size of the stove/burn grate.

My keystoker combustion blower is Dayton Model 1TDN7 Blower 50 CFM 3030 RPM

Thanks all. I appreciate the help.

I was able to take apart the feed motor and clean out all of the bad grease. It was all caked up. So I gave it a good cleaning and packed new grease in there. It seems to be working a lot better now. I did find a replacement for it.

Feed Motor for Old Mill Mini Stoker

http://www.amazon.com/Dayton-Parallel-Shaft-Gear- ... 226+rpm%22

Or this...

http://www.amazon.com/Dayton-4Z148-Gearmotor-AC-R ... 226+rpm%22

It is a 6 RPM model, which is what is currently on it.
