Those are only radiators.. that you could you in the living space. The heat is pumped in from a boiler at another location, possibly the basement.

Well, you can't expect much for a fixer-upper. 200K is the "starting" price. Then you need to put some $ into it to make it nice. so it really isn't "that much" of a bargain, at a mere 1/4 of a mil. Then again, it does burn wood. So maybe it is worth it. I'm sure it's already gone at that price anyway. :)
