I guess that is why they call them Baltimore heaters. WOW. I would need the marble fireplace as well. Sometimes you see them in Bedford mansions but they are quite rare and I am sure a nightmare to remove.

This is a top notch stove joe, and it was the same price 3 months ago when I posted it. They either will not barter, or someone needs to low ball'em and scoop it!

I think the owners consider "lo-balling" maybe $1200, in the condition we're looking at.
