Another possibility for my application. Pictures really "suck" tho. Curious about the heat out-put and performance from this type of stove?

My guess is this stove would be about 25-30,000 btus. Pretty sure it is built like a tank as well. For $20 it would be hard to go wrong I think. Even if it got you through a year, you could most likely clean it up a bit with some elbow grease and sell it for $100.

thanx OD. I just requested some info about this stove. See if he responds. If it's only 30,000 BTU, it would be a bit small for my house, but, (as you mentioned), for $20, it's worth looking at. Maybe my garage.
(Just got a "return to sender" type failure notice in my Email, from this ad? I'll try once more)

Matt posted this and this is 60 miles closer, and comes with coal and a copper stack!

Someone may want it
I grew up near by and my sister and brother in law are 2 blocks away. I may even know they guy!

Nice one Mike. But the Chubby stack outlet doesn't work too well in my application. I need something low, heading out the back.

Hopefully some forum member will grab that Crane 404 ,it looks to be in good shape,no pic of the firepot so hard to know.

With the furniture close by it may have been sitting dormant for a while

I have been trying to jog my memory ,i am thinking that there was someone on Long Island looking for a stove,recall ain't working so far.
