Looks like the EPA is following Dear Leader's statement that he wants to shut down the coal industry. Wonder if he realizes that his teleprompter won't work without electricity, . . . and all his big White House parties will have to be held on the lawn during the day-time ?

All I can say is to hell with Barack Hussein Obama (Hmmm, mmm, mmm)! That maggot leftist-Leninist will stop at nothing to destroy this country. I sure hope somebody out there in politics can block his dumb a**, and that of the EPA.

All fuels are heading north in pricing. I just saw diesel fuel go way up. It was $4.55 2 weeks ago. I looked yesterday, and the same Sunoco station raised it to $4.76! Oil here went to $3.89, and that was a discount Co. I swear it's a conspiracy. Since when has kerosene been more expensive to refine, than gasoline? and I don't believe this "Supply and demand" crap. Are you telling me there's less of a demand for gasoline? The other countries can't beat us militarily, so they're killing us economically. And it seems the current administration is in on it.

Joeq, don't forget they are all privately owned & hey they don't even pay taxes (for the most part) & have the best most expensive military in the world backing them up. Pretty sweet deal if you ask me.
Ordered 100 gallons of fuel oil on Friday. Since the beginning of winter it has gone from 3.45 a gallon to 3.98 a gallon. Why? Propain is just insane around here. 20 lb tank BBQ grill size was 14 to refill. Now 24 a refill. I bought 50 gallons of fuel oil when we bought our house two years ago this spring. I tested out the boiler and kept it for emergency and we have heated our house with the Econo1 and our hot water with the bucket a day.
That emergency struck when I came down with the flu, double vision, fever, and all. Couldn't load the coal stove or take out ashes. When it was first starting I made my way to the basement, put the fuse back in the oil boiler and heated with oil for a week until I got enough strength back to load the coal stove, clean the ashes and fire it back up.
At the end of winter last year the price of coal at Keystone Anthracite was 185 a ton bulk.
Today it is still 185 a ton bulk.
