well, I think there probably different models you can purchase, I'm just not exactly sure what features you will need.

I'm sure once we know what feature/s about the 265 that we need we can find a similar model for much cheaper elsewhere.....

Coalkirk,

Are you returning 90* to 100* water to the boiler for reheating ?

Most boiler Manufacturers recommend that the minimum return temp should be 140* or above to prevent

early boiler failure from corrosion of the boiler inner sheets.A mixing valve can be used to mix to the

required minimum temp the boiler requires,by mixing output water in the flow.

That 90*-110* degree water is returning to my shut down oil boiler where it mixes with the water arriving from and returning to the coal boiler. The oil boiler is a mixing vessel and the upply and retrun point for all heating zones. The water from the coal boiler feeds into the return side of the oil boiler, mixes with the rerurns from heating zones and then is sent back to the coal boiler.
