Chimney fire kills two

I've always questioned those framed chimneys with vinyl siding on them. I see them on lots of the McMansions that have sprung up in nearby towns. Why the people constructing these places spend all that money on a huge house and not build a masonry chimney I'll never know.
All the more reason to use a masonry chimney.
