I like the one about Admiral Byrd and Operation High Jump.

Reminds me of the movie Iron Sky.

Four hours of flight time after the transponder cut out puts the possible location anywhere well within China among other places. Not sure why they'd want it, but it's something....

Ok, back to wild, crazy, insane, theories.....

Not even a speck of wreckage yet.....the boys at work think it was highjacked.....I read the authorities released data saying it descended 40K Ft in one minute.

That's 7 1/2 miles a minute :eek2:

What if there were two planes on different tracks, in co hoots that swapped transponder frequencies?

Would kind of explain such a severe descent....

Here's my take on this.
There was something on that flight that somebody wanted.
Might have been a valued cargo or a valued person. I'm quite sure
the passengers have not made out well.
The plane is on the ground and the robbers are long gone. The
runway does not need to be two miles long if you never intend to fly the plane again.
Land the plane, cover it with camo, take the cargo and split.
I'm sure someone knows what they were after. They stole from a crook or crooked
government that is not going to speak up or complain.

Could be......

To get cargo out of the belly you need a specialized truck or fork lift.

To cover the aircraft with camo you need a crane, and that's a lot of camo tarp.

They know more than there telling, I don't see how a target that big (radar) could travel without ID unnoticed. It would raise many red flags. Especially with military radar op's.
