I flew one about 10yrs ago when it was a fairly new concept. Lots of fun. But even back then it was almost 40k just for the engines. There was no such thing as getting behind the power curve even with floats.

Nah. That plane could handle more than I was comfortable throwing at it. I could land it on a postage stamp if needed. Flown cubs and champs there fun but I like the openness of the quicksilver. If you have never been in one you are mislead on the safety if properly maintained.
