There is a group up in Erie that has already challenged the laws here & won. It's not the right to carry that's the issue, it's the right to close the loopholes in the selling of guns that's the issue. The right to carry is just the smoke screen put up to hide the real problem.

Getgo, an expected reply from you. In Pa. as far back as I remember there was no problem with getting a CCP (had one since March of 69) & never had trouble re-newing but every state is different we can open carry as well but personally I could never see the point in it other than perhaps it makes some feel better.

I Conceal Carry 99% of the time. But I have no problem exercising my rights. It has nothing to do with feeling better. Thats a typical Anti 2a response. And that I don't believe you are, but I may be wrong.

Hmmm... right to keep( doesnt mean locked up in a safe with trigger locks, breech plugs with red flags, etc, etc), and right to bare arms..., no where does it infer or not infer to concealed or openly, or wether its a pistol or long arm. So permits to carry any type firearm, or style of barring, is in my opinion is a direct infringement of 2cd A. Thats my beleif.

I'm with ya 100% on that one. Self defense is a natural right. The Founders understood that - that's why the Second Amendment is enshrined in the Bill of Rights. These gaddamn activist judges have been chipping away at it for 50 years now. It's got to the point that some rational people really believe there should be restrictions on our God Given Rights.

Could you imagine the outrage if someone put this much effort into stifling any of the other Amendments ... like the FIRST???

Incidents just this week point toward the attack on the 1st amendment.
First is the teacher, Ms. Thomas, in Broward school district in Florida, adamantly refusing to let a child read the Bible during Free Reading Time. '' Congress shall make no law..........prohibiting the free exercise thereof (religion).'' That's about as plain as can be. Now we provide prayer rooms, rugs and time for the Muslim kids in schools because we have no balls to stand up to them but Christians are discriminated against by the Immam-in-Chief.
Then the proposed ruling this week that groups over 49 people are not allowed to meet in Fairfax, Va. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/05 ... ate-homes/ Again, this is the 1st amendment's right to assemble. It may only be a proposal but it will keep being proposed until some left wing judge, totally ignoring the 1st amendment, decides to uphold it. Then it costs us all money as it goes up the chain of left-wing judges.

They are hammering at all our rights!
