One Hell of a "Shoulder Month" ...Eh,in reality, these things happen. I guess we'll all punch through it. I didn't know that the Easter Bunny had a reserve of Elves and a Sleigh. Guess some years those Eggs get Heavy! Larry,NWS is still calling for a High of 59* for us Thursday.....I'll believe it when I feel it!

My grass is already covered & it only started snowing a short time ago & I was figuring on getting the garden tilled & ready. Good thing I didn't plant the shrubs that were sent because it was supposed to be safe to plant last week but I'll try this week end & see what happens.

I think the asparagus roots I planted will be ok. Luckily I have ignored my wife's repeated requests to get the garden out. My grandma always said not to plant anything other than potatoes before May 8th.

We've always had a standing rule. We won't plant until Memorial Day Weekend. It's paid off numerous years.....20* now.....Actually heard the poor Peepers trying it last night.....Hope they had coats....Couple of inches of snow aint helping, but it may insulate new growth a little!

She was perfect! If that offended anyone, they'd need their heads examined! I'd set her up with Freetown Fred, but the 'Ol Bat would simply move out before Winter! :gee: Wait a minute, that might work! toothy
