Coincidentally just got this in the email, you will pass this fire hall on your way to the party.

Hey folks! Looking for something to do this weekend? Stop by the Fire Hall and check out the Pow-Wow that will be going on both Saturday and Sunday. Native American Dancing, Story Telling, and Vendors will be there. Also the Fire Company will have the Food Stand open with Burgers, Dogs, fresh cut fries and other fair favorites. The grounds open at Noon and ends somewhere around 6:00 PM. No need to drive all the way to Bloomsburg for some good food!

Also The Fire Company is bringing back it's all you can eat Breakfast Buffet this Sunday. Doors open at 8:00 AM and it runs until 1:00 PM. You have been asking for it all Summer and now it's back! Breakfast costs $8.00 for adults and $4:00 for children (under 12)

We hope to see you all at both events!

It sounds like this is shaping up to be quite an experience. Everyone in my house came down with a cold. I briefly considered leaving my sick wife with two sick kids so I could partake in the festivities, but that didn't seem fair to her.

Have fun.

20- 25 ? The mayor may have a better count. I only took 1 pic but it will have to wait since it is on my phone that is in my truck. And thanks to Stoker Don for bringing the liberal tear generation machine. :)

We had a good time yesterday at the Meet & Greet. Seeing all those guys in loincloths running around the woods and playing bongo drums was quite the experience. We had a shrine to Al Gore and praised him for the beautiful weather he provided thanks to global warming or whatever it is now.

I can’t come up with a number in my head but it seemed to be a nice turnout, I met some members from past gatherings and some new members. All in all it was a great time and thanks to Richard for all the food and work he put into it.

Everyone would enjoy meeting the legendary Freetown Fred. I have only seen pictures of the so called Freetown Fred which is about the same evidence I have of Bigfoot.
Make it a point to get there next year Hambden Bob, I think everyone enjoyed it and you will see that we are all handsome beyond anyone’s wildest dreams when seen in person, women are warned to wear sunglasses.

Just got home. Next year I'm going to need a bigger loincloth. Too breezy in this years model. Thanks to the Mayor and to his brothers brother-in-law who was our host at the hunting club. (Actually turns out to be a drinking club that occasionally hunt) He was a really nice guy and made sure we had everything we needed.

It was great to see so many old friends and meet some new ones. Here's a couple pics.

If you look closely above this huge camp fire that's the mayor or as his indian friends call him, "he who tends fire."

The second pic is the Al Gore shrine, A 200K plus BTU stoker brought by Stoker don. That thing really kicked out the heat! We stood around it until the coal ran out. Thanks Don.
