When my daughter had disk issues she was treated by having them do an epidural in the surrounding area. That took the pressure off and allowed her to heal without surgery. Her problem came back after a year or so after the first treatment. She had moved to a different area so switched doctors and he took just a little different approach. That was 2 years ago and she hasn't had the issue since.titleist1 wrote:
On a related note, does anyone have any non surgical treatment experience with a herniated disc? This is getting serious since it has been seizing up on me a couple times a day and throws me to the ground until the spasms ease up. This is really getting in the way of progress on the project list as well as cutting into the golf game. I have a couple suggestions from some physical therapists but their ideas are more geared toward recovering from surgery.

Showing appreciation is about the best we can do ... and when the time comes, given our massive debt and crap economy, fight shoulder to shoulder with them against any threats in our neighborhoods.
I hear ya Bob - not nearly enough in return.

Thanks to those who died to give us the freedom we enjoy & to those who fought & returned whole or have lived with those injuries (mental, physical) the rest of their life. Thanks to them,we were able to get some house projects done, lots of garden work done,& we still took time to sit outside & enjoy the cool of the evening. Thanks to them we were able to do things we wanted to do,we did not HAVE to do anything specifically for this day because of leaders who dictate our lives. We did not have to line the streets & salute a dictator as he passed by. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE FREEDOM ALL YOU GUYS & GALS HAVE FOUGHT FOR & GAVE SO MUCH FOR
