....do mirrored stoves heat just as good as the regular one's?. :D

I am a summer dude....I like the hot humid stuff......aint no WAY I am wanting an early heating season.

Yeah, we're finally getting a nice Michigan summer, 70's -- 80's in the day and 50's -- 60's at night..

Just so you are not upset when it happens. In about a week or so you will probably need a sweat shirt or a jacket in the morning. There is going to be very little hot weather this Summer. There will be some, but; not a lot.
Everyone needs to get ready for this next Winter. I hope I'm wrong and if I am feel free to point fingers. If I'm right, however; you'll be ready.

we need a dedicated thread for weather and forecasting.

i'm running like a Kenyan getting 3 more replacement windows in and injection foam insulation in 2 more walls and all the box sills

just took delivery of 6 tons of bulk nut yesterday, i'm not getting surprised again this yr.

Hmmmph.

Historically....how accurate are those extended forecasts?.
I won't be caught flat footed either way....I wasn't last year either but it sure put one whale of a dent in the ole' woodpile.

I don't know about most, but; the energy industry uses this site to plan for long term energy demand and price futures. Not every body gets to see the maps I post here since they come by subscription only. The only thing is to wait and see if they are accurate or not. Seeing is believing.

I am at the beginning stages of my recovery. :D
.....oddly though........I still like cutting and splitting wood. :confused:

Welp, here's a real time accurate forecast for my evening.........it's 58F right now, the wife is cold....and I got me a big ole' bag of lump charcoal. I'm gunna fire her (the stove) up for the second time this summer!!!. I'm sadly giddy. :)

I'll report back later.
