Protocol.... steal the town Scag, so that it's not traceable break it up and sell the engine, pumps etc. I will put the pumps on CL and some sap from the local coal board will buy it. Hey, all I said was 'who knows".

So I phoned the guy up and he admitted he worked for the town. So where did you get the pumps from? They gave them to me. Do you have the email to prove that. Eerrrmmm, he said the emails were destroyed. But don't you have backups on your hard drive.... Well he said, the hard drive was destroyed too . I asked Sam about it and he said it all sounded very believable to him. I then called my friend Eric at DOJ and explained the suspicious circumstances. He said he will get round to looking at the issue some year in the future. So I guess you are OK. It's a new Amerika, we must all adjust.
