It was built in 1976. walls are only 4in but there is 18 or so in the attic. All windows on west side are new double pane. Will be replacing all entry doors this summer. Dave can you get me a price on the 110 and the filter box? I can be in Montrose in 3 hrs. Have a friend who lives in that area.
