Hi all,

I have a vanwert va600 circa 1980 hot water system with domestic hot water that now has a worn honeywell holdfire timer. I know they arent available anymore, can I substitute with another timer? if so what kind?, and how different would the wiring be........... thanks..........Ron :?:

C8865 Intermatic is a 1 hr timer that is adjusted by inserting/removing pins. Easy to use and wired very similar to your current timer.

The cycle timers run between $120-$150 depending on who you buy from. Just punch in intermatic c8865 and pick the cheapest.

I'd go with a logo. I believe I have an old Honeywell s400 if you're interested.
