Perfect. :)

Now the service switch...are you good w/ what needs done there?
I am going to drill my hole and add the WMO-1. Gonna need some guidance on the wiring....two black wires. Not sure whether to connect to service switch or fuel selector. Which is more straight forward?
Service Switch...just need 1 wire nut...At the service switch...the one wire that you must take loose is the one on the side of the switch that is coming in from the junction box/circuit breaker side...NOT the side of switch that goes out onto the boiler...it remains as it is/has been...take that 1 existing wire from service switch loose and wire nut it to either 1 of the new wires going to WMO-1...then the other new wire going to the WMO-1 gets connected right back to the original spot that you just remove the wire from on the service switch previously...Done :)

Wires to and from WMO-1...IT DOES NOT MATTER WHICH WIRE GOES WHERE 8-)

And...did you run that 24 volt line from Taco Pnl. to the L7224 aquastat "TT" terminals like shown on my "kindergarten" drawing ?

Yep, I did. All that left is hooking up the oil lines and firing I think.

I need to go sit down and read more of the manual. Easy to hook up fuel and start?

New unit start-ups are all about proving that the system will or can operated as designed...especially as for all the safeties needed to protect life, limbs and property.
Oil burner start-up requires some draft and combustion set-up and adjustments that are best left to the professionals with their special training and test equipment.

Speaking of Safety..Make sure you have tested and working Carbon Monoxide detector/alarms now.

Yep, I have a carbon monoxide detector right above the unit plugged in. Looks like I need to buy provisions for a fuel filter and hook up the lines. I may do that much more and then have a professional come fire it up. What do ya think?

Good having CO detector...important to have them near where the occupants sleep.
One over unit may be so close it is a nuisance always alarming when cracking open a viewing door.

Professional is best. :)

Is your Keystoker the one w/ the newer flat bed instead of the older inclined bed?

We two CO detectors upstairs too. I may have to move the one over the boiler if its problematic. Its a Leisure Line WL110. The fuel oil burner is a Beckett Model 7505.

Rigged it up with system 2000 leftovers, how's it look? Feed line in the front, return on the bottom.

Picture of the fuel oil hook up. Does this look okay? Ideas to make it easier for change fuel types back and forth, i.e flexible tubing etc.

As I wait for the service guy to come fire this and tune it, can I test to be sure that the zone valves are functioning properly?

Why don't you just fire up the stoker?

I have it set up for fuel oil for now. Just want a pro to come to tune it so that it is burning efficiently, etc. Thoughts?

Yes, it's the thermostats that trigger the zone valves...circulator should run at same time.
You can make some oil heat until the oil tech shows up to fine tune.
