I noticed most of my bricks were cracked and I wasn't sure if my kids' father had ever replaced them, so I thought in would do so before fire season.
Comments? Criticism? Anything I should look out for?
Sorry...it rotated my pics

Looks good to me. Congratulations.
When burning wood open up the air controls in the top door to keep the fire cleaner. That creosote and soot should be scraped off because it lessens the ability of the stove walls to transmit heat. It acts like insulation.

Nice! Now your next project is picking all those grate fingers clean of debris/clinkers/coal.

I replace cracked bricks as a matter of routine...usually 1/4 to 1/2 of them a season.

Honestly, I think the grates are good I Shop Vac'd them since those pics were taken and they're free and clear.
Had my chimney swept. Modified my coal bin.
Now I just need to get a wheelbarrow/yard cart for the basement, and get a coal delivery and I should be set
