You must have linked a secure page..

I've done hundreds, possibly thousands of PayPal transactions, both buying and selling with multiple companies (not just eBay). I've never had a problem. Its not PayPal's obligation to provide free shipping. They only transfer the money. Apparently the vendor (store you bought the bricks from) misguided you about shipping charges or you misunderstood something.. Bricks are heavy and its not likely you would get free shipping on them.

Ignore PP they will wear you out and waste your time. Call the CC company and tell them you were offered the items for a price and said yes then then seller wanted to change the price and said no. They never shipped as far as you know and you have received nothing. They should promptly refund your money. Don't forget PP is owned by EBay.

Yes--plus pay-pal has a bitch dept. I believe if you can't get anywhere with the vendor---PLUS--your credit card co. can help--if all fails call them, but follow that process--PS, don't bullshit them, it really never gets anything resolved:(

I had a problem with buying something from the UK that was never delivered. PayPal wasn't able to help.

After I contacted them, my credit card company got the problem resolved very quickly.

PayPal doesn't hold, or handle the money, the credit card companies do. Guess which one has more clout when you need it ?
